FPS Problems - Dropping

Hi guys,

Since the update, everyone is having big problems with FPS. No matter the set up you have, the fps is going from 125(What i use) to like 80-90 when they are people around me. Its rather annoying as Ive played the game for many years and never had this problem.

Can anyone help me out with this? Is there something im missing?

It's not much difference if you don't have a 120hz monitor
