Campaign and soundtrack on this are bespoke

Can anyone recommend any RTS-style games that give you the same level of control as WKB? What I mean by that is, being able to control farm placements, crop placements, control over individual worker units and so on. The only other games I've found are Caesar 3/4 and Anno 1404. But I really dislike the land combat and general lack of control in Anno. I have WC2/3 and probably all the usual suspects in the genre. I'm trying to figure that game still, but between the bugs and the crashes and the pathfinding that makes me want to punch someone, it's tough, so I have questions : - your food income, is it tied to your current food support? I love playing big maps against many AI. The problem I have is there isn't enough resources on the map for them to stay competitive for long. All games quickly devolve into an economic meltdown the for AI. It feels like its over before it has even begun. Is there a mod or tweak to either make trees regrow or give the AI a resource boost, like a steady flow of resources?...
