Are you sure this is easy? More guards than prisoners... Fair security... A little overdue when you have it all outside and have Contraband Detectors everywhere. Good otherwise and it appears that this is a mixed difficulty.

My shower in my prison isn't working. I'm not sure if there's a specific tile or object for them but if there is, I can't find it

Try dedicating a specific room to showers, and make sure to also put guard shower waypoints around the prisoner shower waypoints.

It's the blue S waypoint in the Waypoints tab of the Object menu.
