Just posting this here in the hope that maybe someone might be able to help, though looking at the dates on some of the more recent threads, it's been a few years since anyone really posted anything. Doesn't hurt to ask, though! Has anyone had any success getting the Resolute achievement? According to Google you get it by beating the game without dying. I went through it on both Normal and Nightmare with no deaths and still don't have it. Is there a different condition that I am missing?...

This has been posted on the regular forums already, but with no solution so far. According to other sites, the "Resolute" achievement requires beating the game without dying. A couple of us have done this, but the achievement hasn't unlocked. One player tried on both nightmare and regular difficulty. I tried on regular with both endings; I even had a no-damage run.
