H1Z1-How to fix G29 Error and Greyed out Battle Royale Button [DOESNT WORK FOR EVERYONE]

Hey, first of all i have to say my english is really bad. So if you dont understand something i will answer you with a bit better english :)

I will tell you here how to fix the G29 Error and the Greyed out Battle Royale Button


G29 ERROR: Ok you log in and then it says your account doesnt have the Game H1Z1 or something like that right? It also says it´s the G29 Error.
So? How to fix?
1. -First of all go to ur Libary with all the games. Then go H1Z1 and right click-->Properties-->Local Files. Then click on : "Verify intergity of game cache". Then it should load something. So be patient :)
Then run the game and try if it works then. Well it only works for a few players not for all. For me it didnt worked but then i found another methode :)

2. - Go to the H1Z1 Site : https://www.h1z1.com/home Then log in into your account. Change your password. Log out and then Log in with the new password.(still on the website not in the game!!!) Ok if you can log in then we will go to the next step now.

IMPORTANT IS THAT YOU MUST BEEN LOGGED OUT OF UR H1Z1 LAUNCHER!!!

Now you have to go to this website, its the SOE website : https://auth.soe.com/login
Log in with your new password and IF(!!!) it works, DO NOT CLOSE THE WINDOW!
You may wounder why i pronounced that "IF" ? Because after i changed my password, I could log in into the H1Z1 Website but i couldnt log in, into the SOE Website. I will tell you later how to fix it !!!
So if you are lucky and could log in, do not close the window as i said before.
Now run your game now you have to Log in again (in the launcher ofcourse.)
Now press Play and then it should work. IMPORTANT: Dont close your browser and this step only works if you could login into the SOE Authentication with your new Password.

So for those who were unlucky and the SOE Authentication didnt accepted your password. Click "Forgot Password".
Then reset your password and change it to the OLD Password that you had Before you changed it!!!
After that go to the SOE Website again: https://auth.soe.com/login
and log in with your "old" password.
If that worked run again the game and if u didnt logged our before , do that.... and then log in again with your "old" password. Then it should work now. STILL IMPORTANT: DONT CLOSE YOUR BROWSER.

There are much more ways to fix the problem but i think this is enough to solve it. If u still have problems just write a comment and i will answer :)


Sooo now the fun part BATTLE ROYALE!!! Oh Sh*t its greyed out :(
NP! I will tell you how to fix it :D

- So Battle Royale is greyed our for those people like me who bought the game in the last weeks. You know why its greyed out??? No? Well, I will tell you:

You may realized that you didnt got the 3 Event Tickets right? (You can see if u have event tickets when u press tab ingame and look in your inventory on the left side at the bottom)
Well i also didnt got the 3 Event Tickets, that is promised when you buy the game . (also you get a loot crate and a key , and you also didnt got those, right?)
So the main reason why its greyed out is that you dont have the event tickets.

I KNOW I KNOW, BATTLE ROYALE DOESNT COST EVENT TICKETS AT THE MOMENT.

BUT (!!!!) You need atleast one ticket to play it! -_-
It´s like a permanent key that never gets consumed to play Battle Royale.
So what to do , to get the event tickets?
1. -First of all contact the support , right here : https://help.soe.com and open a support ticket and tell them that you bought the game and didnt got the 3 Event Tickets and the 2 Loot Crates and the Crate Key.
It takes a while until they will answer you .... BUT YOU CANT WAIT RIGHT? ( like me >.<)

2. -If u cant wait until the support respond you, you can go on a PVE or PVP Server (doesnt matter) and search for a loot container, in the loot containers you can open a chest (i think never tried it) and may there is a event ticket ! Or you can try your luck in other things that you can loot, like Shelves.

- Well this may take a long time to find a event ticket, but i was TOOOOO Lazy to go on a Server and search for loot....

3. -So i really wanted to play Battle Royale ...And i couldnt wait anymore so i just bought Station Cash (SC)

Station Cash is the ingame money in H1Z1 with this Station Cash you can buy Event Tickets or Keys or Airdrop Cards. Well i bought 500 Station Cash (5€) and bought 3 Event Tickets with it. You cant buy less than 3 Event Tickets .... So you have to buy atleast 3 Event Tickets .
3 Event Tickets costs 250 Station Cash (2,50€).
And guess what? I FINALLY COULD PLAY BATTLE ROYALE!

I do not force you to buy station cash ( if i read a comment like that: "OH NICE U TELL US TO BUY STATION CASH WTF?!?!" I will get mad -.-)
Its just one of these 3 Methodes to play Battle Royale.

If you are to lazy to search for loot on Server or dont want to waste Money just contact the support for help :)


UPDATE:

They posted on twitter that they will shut down the servers at 1PM Pacific. It means that you will get your event tickets etc that you should get. And it will also fix the G29 Bug!

[H1Z1 Update] Servers will be coming offline at 1PM Pacific for approximately 1 hour. This should correct account related issues.

same problem. can chance passwort , can login into soe but when i log into h1z1 it closed and open the browser with the g2 problem

Ok people, about g29. Now it worked. So try to change password of your h1z1 profile. Then go log in at launcher with new password, try to validate and it will work. Spam that validate and wait for it to be sucessfull.
