Industry Giant III
Isn't this the company that was working on IG III, is this possibly what came out of that work. If it is and if it has the depth of IG II but with modern graphics then this would be a must buy for me.

Yes, Actalogic announced on 2013 the development of Industry Giant III, but after... the silence. Any legal issue stop work? I don't know...

a great deal of the graphics look a bit cartoonish to me. so no not real life like some game engines these days produce
