Super Game Jam

Super Game Jam

Assassins Creed 3 or this?
O wait, I already made that choice! I spent all of 10 EUR to get a copy of a game with tons of content, decent graphics and an orchestral score a single track of which probably cost more to record than this entire gig cost to put together.

But maybe I should have spent that money and then some to watch a bunch of hipsters sit in their living room, mashing on their laptop keyboards?

Please, advise? :(

p.s. No, Gaben, seriously... :MrFoster:

Definitely SGJ, the thing has almost real-life quality graphics.

get AC3, at least your paying for a big, full, awesome game.

my opinion i dont see the point in this, 5 videos + 5 short games ?
(i could pick up 5 full videos from my local blockbusters for that),
5 short games ? - i'd reather go on... armorgames.com or RPGMakers game site (RMN) and download a very large number of games for free

Should have named a game that wasn't so average.

It just happened to be one of the last things I got on Steam prior to posting, and one that had a budget 5000x that of Super Game Jam.

AC3 in my opinion is an awesome game, and excluding black flag (because im still playing it...sometimes...) thats keept me wanting to continue playing the game and do out of my way to collect everything and aim for 100% completion,

where as AC1 and 2 wasn't the greatest =/... only started to like the games more after brotherhood,

but yh reason i'd pick AC3 over SGJ,
is the fact that including mini-games in AC3, you basically getting the same number of games as you'd be getting in SGJ,

AC3 - full game + multiplayer + god knows how many mini-games / side quests.

SGJ - 5 short movies + 5 short games

-------
which would you pick ?

Hmm... should I buy an interesting docunmentary along with 5 games, or, a game where I play as one of the most boring video game characters in existence that goes into a discount Matrix to "change" history?

Comparing a documentary of a 48h hour event that cannot be changed after it happens - what you get on tape is literally all you're ever hoping to see -, against something that can take years to completion, can be shaped into whatever you want and has the chance to be re-designed from scratch. Hmmm...

Sarcasm apart, that comparison is way too unfair and completely illogical to be done.

What a bunch of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. If you don't want something don't buy it. That's how the market works. You don't need to antagonize everything you see in life.
