Success Rate?

What is the success rate based off of?
Is it based off of the tablets you get? The rooms explored? The zombies killed? Taking no damage?

success rate actually determines how many hidden orbs you destroy, tablets you discovered, and how many achievements you have earned.(there is also possibility success rate influence of how many credits you collected in each level in story mode.)
