It's never really explained what the whole "zoom in on signs" (the sticky notes with the one-eyed dude on them) is for. They're not considered anomalies, so you can complete the game without even paying attention to this mechanic. Is there some hidden/additional content here or something?...

I know there's a doorknocking one but somethimes i get floor 13 even though i felt like i checked everywhere for anomalies.
