Where are the troop transports?
I haven't seen this tech come up for research yet, and I'm many hours into this game. You can't win without them and I'm starting to second guess my purchase decision.

Assault armies come with their own transports

You get them automatically when you embark armies on your planet.

What the other two guys said. Once you have an assault army you can embark them, giving them transports automatically.

While I don't support Makro's statement there, Your not exactly refuting the point. Its pretty easy for you to ♥♥♥♥ talk over the internet too.

Anyhow, if you have the ability to build assault armies, they've already got transports. Defense armies cannot be transported. If you have pacifist traits, you will be significantly less likely to have the tech come up if you don't already have it. You can win wars without ground forces though, you only need them if your war goal is individual planets. Easier to just go for a vassalization.

But is it playing at a theatre near me?

You have to be pretty stupid, even when the game lacks proper explanation for a lot of things, saying "I'm starting to second guess my purchase decision" makes you an imbecile.

You chose to blame the game instead of you. I struggle to comprehend that people like this exist.

I can find my home planet... Is there a special research I have to get to be able to find it? I always have to navigate to it through the empire button. I'm beginning to second guess my purchase decision.

My scientist died at age 89 and I'm starting to regret my purchase decision.
