Help! Can't run game!

I go to run the game for the first time and it says its already running. i tried restarting my computer (turning off and turning back on) but it still says the same thing. i went to delete the game and try to reinstall it but it said i have to quit the game before uninstalling. is this because im running it on a mac with parralels cuz if so i want my parallels money back... and if not i want my money back from the game >:-(

ok now i can get it to show a picture of a planet and then it goes back to windows and then the same thing again

I think that this game is windows only.
