Arcade Stick Issue! (Hori Real Arcade Pro EX) (BUGFIX required)

I am posting this new thread to make a more pressing problem that I would like to have fixed.

Xbox 360/One Controller works fine, D-Pad and Analog stick. With the arcade stick only the buttons work, the stick doesn't.

Bump this thread! Anyone who cares!

The suggestion given in that thread fixed it for me (Hori HRAP EX-SE) on Win7.
