Risk? What is this? Gambling?
I'm new to steam, how the hell would I know they did a sale over another sale.
By being psychic like the rest of us, duh?
You agreed to pay at that price, with a legally binding contract. Nothing wrong with their practices.
You can actually, although it's rare it happens. It needs to be worded correctly and for a good reason however.
Why not just wait a few years to buy it? It'll be even cheaper!
how are you mad at a company that is giving you a deal in the first place.
"boohoo, if I had waited a day, it would have been cheaper. I'm mad at YOU Steam, and not myself. give me a refund."
That is an example of the entitled nature of today's youth. Nobody complaining about that ♥♥♥♥ is out of their teens, I promise you that.
You're missing the point. From a perspective of running a business the customer is always right. You always try to please the customer b/c good customer service is what grows companies, not the product. There are a ton of places that sell video games. Steam isn't special in that regard. Not to mention that when you buy a game of Steam you aren't actually buying it, you're LEASING it. Which is F**ked up to begin with. Steam's customer service is piss poor and there are other companies that deserve my business a helluva lot more.
