Malik mission non-lethal
I have completed the mission where I have saved Malik by only non-lethal means; the problem is I have noticed that right at the star sombody randomly explodes and dies. My question is; will this count a somebody I have killed, hence denying me access to the non-lethal achievement?

As a side note, does killing people in the tutorial mission also deny access to this achievement?

No, it doesnt. The same happened to me, when at the start of the ambush someone shoot a barrel and flied towards another enemy and eventually killing him. At the end of the game, Pacifist pop-up.
And Yes, if you kill anyone in the tutorial, nullifies Pacifist.
