you can't upgrade your game any longer, but you can browse the following sites:

and grab a copy of Deus EX: HR for about 1 TF2-key. It's from one of the Humble Bundles. There are copies available for three keys as well, but these are normal gifts.

You have to look for the 1-TF2-key ones.

So it's even cheaper than the upgrade-option.
