I really want skills and biomods be separate again like in Deus Ex 1. I find it annoying that skills such as hacking a computer or lockpicking a door depends on what chips you have in your body.

More hubs and secondary missions speak for themselves.
I want more varied boss fights. I don't want to be forced to kill.
More varied hacking, doing the same thing over and over gets old.

More side missions
nano technology was already introduced in the very first deus ex, human revolution was just a prequel
Multiplayer. I know that some of you are against it, but MP extends the playability of game from 40 hours to 200 hours for me, usually...

Plus I would love if they made the missions much longer.
I mean, if they doubled the amount of rooms and corridors. Then spammed them with enemies and some bonus items. Connected with more vent shafts.

A better hacking system. I spent more time in that boring mini-game than I did killing people, I also got way more xp and items for doing it than killing people. It's a terrible system, and the one thing preventing me from ever re-playing the game.
Oh I actually enjoyed that hacking minigame.

Need more conspiracy and mysteries.
I think if you add in more side missions say like 5 in each area and expand the world to let you walk though and explore everywhere you could probably extend the game play from the 48 i experience to my guess like 200 hours. Also being able to change the sights on your guns would be nice (i play bf4) its just a nice feature that makes the gun handling alot better im not saying like 100 diff sights just a little variation would be cool. All in all this in my opinion was a fantastic game and i cant wait for the next one

Anything but the 'ending-o-matic' again. Love the game, not the ending. I'd like my choices in game to have an outcome instead of getting poised in front of a machine that pretty much has you choose a faction.
The boss fights in this game were really the only glaring mark against it, in my opinion. They should never contract portions of games out to other companies. It always ends bad. Example: Aliens: Colonial Marines.

Definitely no machine faction pick at the ending. Also, smarter AI would be nice. I hated blasting my way through one room or area and finding out that the guards in a completely new room next door didn't even hear the loud gunshots or yelling even though it's only 100 feet away. Boss fights also should not have been a kill or be killed. I prefered the DE1 method of taking whatever way the player thought up to accomplish an objective and while HR did have some areas where that was possible it wasn't always available.
