So I died while getting water. After it respawned me in the basement, the door leading out to Mama is locked. Is this a bug or am I missing something? This is the first time this door has locked on me. Also, when I opened my inventory to see if I had a key or something, I couldn't back out of inventory and had to restart the game in order to continue playing....

Grandma refused to take the necklace. I used a saw. The maniac was far away. The exit door opened. There were no end credits. Achievements too. Escaped or not? :)
