DEMO WONT PLAY
Please,i really need help,i try to play a demo, but it wont work, heres the prob, couldn't openfile .dem for reading, the prob is on hls,PLEASE HELP

What demo are you trying to play because i know uplink is completely broken right now for alot of people

He's talking about the Source recorder built into Source
Uplink isn't on Source, or even on the Steam Store. (what the hell are you even talking about)
Plus, Last time I checked, Half-Life: Uplink worked fine even with the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Steampipe update to HL1.

to answer OP's question, Pretty sure Valve busted the Source Recorder with Steampipe, atleast for HL1S
