Update: Issue has been resolved. If you had previously unlocked Insane, completing any level on Hard should unlock the achievement. Strangely, the achievement for unlocking the Insane difficulty didn't trigger when I 1CCed hard. But I could go on to the Insane difficulty, and even get the achievement "Assault Suits Saladin" (Clear a stage on Insane Mode without taking damage and with at least 240 seconds left on the timer). Did anyone manage to get the achievement upon 1CCing har...

There is 73mb update but does anybody knows what in ti? I really dislike games that add stuff and do not say what it is.
