You should try this game even if you are a bit afraid of the "sudoku" description. It did take some getting used to at first, but once you got the hang of it, the game became less about solving the puzzle-y grid but more about risk and resource management. That being said, the dual-purpose grid-based gameplay ruleset is pretty elegantly designed that arranging rooms easily puts me in the flow. The art style is so cursed and strangely funny to look at - I love it.

You're able to get so many synergistic items and dudes making you feel overpowered, and yet it's still that perfect level of difficulty where every encounter is still tense and fun as hell.
