Can't activate Key in Steam

after the developer ignore my Requests maybe they read this and can help me...
I can't activate my key from Bundle Stars in Germany.
Steam can't help me, Bundle Stars doesn't answer... Can you help me pls?
Maybe someone has the Game in his Inventar and wanna change it ...
