Issue with the screen.

Hi. I'm trying to play this game, and when it loads it opens the window. The game runs fine and everything, but the screen is all sorts of strange. It isn't in fullscreen, and when I move the mouse around the pause menu I have to be higher up from the button for it to be highlighted. How can I fix this? I honestly just want to go to fullscreen. If anybody knows how I can fix this it would be appreciated.

I know this isn't the best description so if more information is needed please let me know. Thanks.

Ok so whatever caused this problem fixed itself after I restarted the game a few times. It now seems to be working fine.
