AP Problem..

Well, yesterday I bought 1000 AP for the first time through steam wallet and after I restarted Aura Kingdom I received the AP but I can't buy a single thing in the Item Mall it keeps saying '<System>Item mall request error 99' and I checked my AP Purchase history and my purchase didn't appeared.

Please Help me.

It might be processing, purchases usually takes 3-7 days to get/use (not sure which one) AP as Aeria has to process their many applications from their many games for in-game currency purchase

same issues here.. i got my 500 AP but i cant buy anything from Item Mall, its says "System error 99" what should i do ?

Wait for 3 days, they're still processing your AP Purchase

3-7 days... great service.
If anyone actually got to spend their AP by that time I would like to know. Otherwise i'm never spending my money on Aeria again.

Uhm actually it worked fine, I know how you feel but at first you feel that you've been scammed or smthing but dont worry you'll be able to spend the AP after 2-3 days at MAX tho if you still cant spend ur AP for like 7 days now just send a ticket to Aeria Games.

Well unfortunately there is another problem...Yesterday the website was showing me that i had 6000 AP, I logged into the website today now all I see is error at right hand corner where my AP should be. And when I try to buy something on the website's item mall tab, my AP shows up as -1, and says' my account has been suspended ...

I have a same problem with u...and 3 days passed...I still got this T.T..what should I do ==

Make sure that you are trying to buy at Item Mall Tab not on the Preview Tab
