Game breaking bug

Mexico mission 3 (warehouse breach)

One AI guy walks in place endlessly once I execute my breach.
This freezes all ingame actions of player input until a manual quit to main menu

Replicated multiple times, quit to main menu, restart mission, always one AI will walk in place at the beginning of a breach pausing the game indefinitely.

Breaching tactic used is 1 man at A 1 man at B and 2 guys breaching C.
