So P90 CTAR or PDW

I saw the two best three weapons from the discussion forums people say that the CTAR PDW or the P90 is the best. So, which one IS the best?

I used both, and I like both. However, I prefer CTAR.

- A 0.3 ROF CTAR have ROF, accuracy, power and range to defeat many enemy in one turn.

- CTAR can be silenced if I wish to try that out.

P90 is extremely good at close range. 0.01 ROF can spray bullets from start to stop of a turn. However, some larger map will take more turns to complete.
