Small fix I found for the crash right after opening credits.

Hi everyone, I went through a lot of the solutions on here and other sites, and found that for me, what did the trick to get this game going was to reduce the max_frame_rate value in settings.ini from 120 to 30. (Higher values might work, but personally, as long as it's above 20 fps, I don't see a difference.) This worked for me with the latest AMD drivers on an AMD r9 290x graphics card. Hope this helps some folks!
