It's more than that. It's about protecting civil rights. What this company did to Chylinski today can be done to YOU tomorrow. What would you say if a conservative company fired someone for coming out as trans?

This is why it's important that we stand up to them and demand equal treatement for everybody!

People spamming these threads are Alt-Right, obviously - even language used is generic ("having an opinion", "conservative", not racist, "SJWs", etc).

If your 'martyr' has been wrongfully dismissed, he can sue - plenty of no win, no fee or pro bono free speech / employment rights lawyers will take up his case. But it's not going to happen. He was caught bang to rights making overtly racist remarks using employer's official channels.
