This game does not fit on my screen. It does not show the left side and the bottom is cut off, can not access the menu on the bottom. Please help

Has anyone had an issue where the game just won't start from steam? I tried the all the fixes mentioned on the troubleshooting page but nothing worked. Windows 7, 64 bit.

Hi, I can't play this fullscreen because the image is not centred, a large chunk of the visuals disappears to the bottom and to the left. In theory the windowed version works, but I don't want to play this windowed. Can anyone help out?
