Internet Required?

Was wondering if this game required a internet connection to a server or will single player racing be allowed to be fully offline?

At this moment, the game requires internet, not sure if in the future it will be offline, i doubt it though.

As it's completely cloud-based an internet connection is required to play Victory.

You know, SImCity added an offline mode, even though it was "impossible" and went against the game design. Just saying.

This is an actual online game unlike SImCity's forced multiplayer.

Yeah I just started kind of reading up and it certainly sounds like it's actually there for a reason unlike SimCity. My bad... Game looks interesting, still on the fence.

Here's to hoping the single player career will be accessible offline, with stats able to upload later.

I got it without realizing that it's online-only. That's pretty stupid for a game that advertises itself as having single-player support. I'm very disappointed that I won't be able to even try the game, but I'll be sure to warn all my friends (and anyone else who will listen) to stay away from it.

Does this mean you wont have to connect to the servers to play it?

That mean you can play solo but not without internet connection as it's not an offline mode.

Yes it is and it clearly writed in the requierement that you need internet connection to play this game.
