Can't get both collectible lifes on Chains.

As i usualy do with Defiance levels, i completed Chains some times ago and now i returned to get lifecap collectibles. Like most normal players i died a few times in progress. I found both life collectibles but i don't realy remember if i managed to carry them both to the end. After finishing the level i noticed i have only one collectible and only one life was given to me as reward. Level selection screen confirms that i only managed to get one life pickup. The problem is: when i returned i didn't found the other pickup where it should be. I run level several times and tried restarting the game, but still can't see another life pickup.

This is not an emergency, but still. If you need a video, here it is:

Oh, thanks for reporting! It appears we have done a slight miss and given both pickups the same internal index. I've fixed that in the level file now, and hope to upload and do a hot fix with it tomorrow.
