Questions before Purchase

I'm interested in getting this title, but I have a few questions before planning to buy this title (preferrably on a good sale).

- Does the Kurumi DLC include all the updates and extras from previous ones (so I don't have to buy the other ones if possible)?

- How will owning more than one piece of DLC affect the game?

- Does buying all of the DLC (aside from artwork and soundtrack) make it feel complete?

Another question came up for me:

- Do I have to uninstall or disable certain DLCs just for specific features (such as extra themed stages from one DLC where another one doesn't have those)?

All I know is you can't choose the difficulty level in Kurumi DLC, level is brutal by default.
