I've heard so much good about the game, sadly it's super slow, it takes several minutes until it's past the first logo. I can only find hints on how to run it ob Win 10, but how do I get it to run on Win 11?

Running the game on windows 11, 1070 ti card, installed on internal SSD. The game has poor stuttering frames from launch (even the intro videos are choppy), any suggestions? Tried triple buffering, tried restarting
