vac banned, chip purchaces NOT WORKING, BJ TORNAMENT PROBLEMS

it says im vac banned which im not then it lets me in but as soon as i log out it says vac banned happening to alot of people too a few i talk to have said the same thing this needs sorting out as well as other things like chip purchace not working and the blackjack tornament you cant double down or split something is going on and its not fair to do this

this is happening to me now with the vac ban thing, i quoted the messege to the forums and all i got in response was that i must be misreading the error messege so i took a screenshot of it informed them i have said screenshot and if they would like i would post it somewhere so they could view it, it still wont let me into 4 kings its been over an hour
