Worth the $15.
Biggest issue for me, is stretch-to-fit in fullscreen mode. I sincerely hope they plan on fixing that. I have no tearing though.
This is pretty much the reason I refuse to play Binding of Isaac. 'Cause they outright say "screw you use joytokey". I have no problem doing it myself, but to acknowledge that you're lacking and not spend a bit of time to implement it is beyond me.
