Cannot register GamersGate serial: "Wrong or already redeemed key"

I went to the Key Redeem site (http://te4.org/key-redeem) and entered the serial number of the ToME license that I purchased at GamersGate. I get the error "Wrong or already redeemed key". The ToME forums have no useful info about this. Worse, I can't IM an admin through the forum since I created my account too recently.

Dekar/Dark God/whomever is running this, how do we address this issue?

Can you use http://te4.org/contact to send DG the key that isnt working?
