les than 3% achievement! unlocked then it did not? why

Is it not unlocking a bug in the game?

If anyone is wondering the strat to doing this easily, just upgrade your health as high as you can and do an exhibition match against an easy fighter (best to do this before moving to NG+). Your lifebar is always the same length, but with a high HP pool it's easier to get punched below the 3% marker without getting KOed. Against the first fighter just lower your health until the "HEA" part of the lifebar and then block until you think you low enough.

If you've completed the game, a few hits should be enough to take out the first fighter once you're below 3% and it's time to win. This will still take several tries and it should unlock several seconds after finishing the round.
