The game is too lag when compare with my previous pc !!!

Hello everybody !!!
I have a PC :
CPU: AMD Phenom X4 GP 9850
Main: ASUS M3N78 VM
RAM: 2x2GB Kingmax bus 1066 MHz
VGA: MSI HD 7790
OS: Window 7 32 bit
I'm believe my system can pass all the system requirements of the game !!! But I cannot understand why the game run so lag on my PC, especially in combat !!!

Compare to 3 years ago, I had a PC
CPU: AMD Phenom X4 GP 9850
Main: ASUS M3N78 VM
RAM: 2x1GB Adata bus 800MHz
VGA: Gigabyte 9800GT
OS: Window XP 32 bit
The game run very smoothly, enable all graphic options as high as possible !!!

All my drivers is up-to-date, could anyone tell me how to fix it !!!

Your computer sounds very similar to mine, and I don't have any lag at all in the game.

You might try defragmenting your hard drive to make sure the game assets can load quickly when playing the game.

In my case, I solved it by install the 64 bit version of Window 7 and now everything fine !!!
