I'm trying to figure out which of these builds will be the most powerful at the xp cap in terms of being able to solo various bosses.

My brief analysis is:

F18/M17/C19
+ weapon specialization
+ fighter HLAs
+ dual wielding
+ super low THAC0
- no lvl 9 mage spells (can still use them as scrolls or via simulacrum scrolls though)

M20/C25
+ 2 lvl 9 mage spells
+ longer buff duration on spells

C21->M23
+ 3 lvl 9 mage spells
+ can take a cleric kit

M22->C23
+ 3 lvl 9 mage spells
+ can take a mage kit (bonus mage spells)
+ lower THAC0 than the C->M

I'm not looking for any input on which will have an easier time leveling up, or being more useful in a party. Like I said, I'm only interested in what they will be like at max level with all the best gear.

On a related note, in terms of gear, is there a particular alignment that will benefit any of these builds the most (i.e. a certain armor I would really want to use is Neutral only, etc.)?

Necromancy is the opposite school, correct? Would that disable all of the priest spells from that school such as cure wounds and resurrection?
