Good game if you forget entirely about the true ending

From what I've understood, you have to replay a crapton if you want to get the required research for it (I for one missed all of it, since I simply followed the tasks the game gave me) and be lucky as hell with the monkey blood one, so Imma just consider Nuke Ending the best one and move on.

That being said, enjoyed the game otherwise quite a bit. Cheers.

I'd call it 'good ending', not 'true ending'.

I read some guides and followed what they said to get it. :)

Well fair enough. Either way, from what I researched, seems like they made it pretty freakin' complex and I don't have the interest to replay the whole thing to do all the required parts. Woulda gone for it in my first playthrough if I had any clue it existed, tho.

You need sheer luck to stumble upon a hidden mission that let's you have a good ending. Shouldn't the way you play determine whether there is a good ending? Skill, anyone? Guess not. For this game you have to read a guide before you even start playing.

I enjoyed the game as well but after learning what prevented the good ending I can't give this game a good rating. This is a surprisingly bad game design choice in an otherwise decent game.
