Decent squad?

Got my character as an engi, Gator,Carm, and Abala. Any suggestions for whom i should get ? Given i'm just running around and doing side missions to sell off stuff to get a full squad before i do anything main missions wise. (I've only gotten the package and saved the agent.)

Your choice exactly who you get, but I like to run my squad with two scouts, two snipers, a medic, and an engineer. I find the snipers invaluable, and just can't live without them. :) (Sometimes I'll try four snipers, a medic (usually Abala) and en engineer (usually LA), but that can be challenging if you're ambushed, as snipers are a bit fragile.

The Japanese Scout is also well worth it, if you can afford him. He's such a high xp level that he can sneak up and backstab, or throw blades, and silently take out a lot of the enemy.
