I keep losing units...on the TUTORIAL

Ok hear me out. I got this game and started the Eurrassion tutorial but I got to the point in which I was told to build the tanks and find the enimy and kill them. But every time I tried the enemy just blew me away. Is it just me? Do I suck? :(

Fang here, every tutorial has some difficulity to it. i suggest to build as much as you can before rolling out and destroying the enemy. if my memory is correct, you face a few light plasma units and 1 heavy plasma unit in that tutorial.
