Cant move and look at the same time

When I move I have to wait for about half a second before I can adjust aim and fire, I'm using a laptop with the built in mouse pad until I can get to the PX after this snow storm. Any way to fix this?

When you tap your mouse pad, does it click? If yes, then there is your problem. You have to disable that.

It was a simple fix once i googled it, the palm protection was on that disabled the pad and keyboard at the same time. Hopefully this will help someone else with the same issue!
