Can i erase the data (save) of the game for restart at zero

Yeah, navigate to C:/users/YOUR USERNAME/AppData/local/KT/ and delete that folder. Although if you want to get rid of all the researches techs and cards, there`s no way to do that, as it`s stored on the game server.
