When I start the game I get a message like this. "DX12 is not supported on your system, Try running without the -dx12 or -d3d12 command line argument." How should I do it?

I've attempted to launch the game on three different PCs, but all of them failed to start due to an error message stating that DX12 is required. All three systems are running either Windows 10 or Windows 11, and they have AMD, Intel graphics, and a GTX 950M respectively.
