Direction button?

I patched the beta version, when I moved to a new map while holding direction button, my character wont run towards automatically, it just stood there until I re-press the direction button. Izzit intended or bug?

On my keyboard it's always like that. I have to re-press the direction key when entering new room. Would be handy if can just hold a directional button and it keeps working between rooms.

Im using gamepad btw. Hmmm bumps for dev to confirm

I just realized that I can hold the button between room and it works on Engineer's Palace save room to the room on it's left. This the 1st time for me xD

I haven't played since the patch, but I have had this problem. I noticed it in the fire place while jumping up ledges and changing screens vertically. I hadn't tested it anywhere else. Using a controller solved the issue though.

What are you talking about,
It never worked to me since 1.0.00 - you always had to re-press button/key.

Weird? It worked for me till I patch up the beta patch. o_o??
