Bloodmage manuscript + Reina = Broken?

So, i searched in the discussions to see if anybody talked about this and i didn't find anything, but i was wondering if this could be the most broken thing in the game? This is my first playthrough i when i saw the Bloodmage manuscript (Spells consume Hp insted of Mp) and the first thing that popped onto my head was: Does this item work with Refresh?
So i ran to get my last ancient coin to trade the Bloodmage manuscript, and to my surprise, it does work, you can continuosly heal yourself, i also have Medic so all healing recieved is increased by 20%. So is this mean't to be in the game?

First, gg on finding this combo! Infinite healing does sound nice, and kudos to you for experimenting! I mean, if it works, it works!

That being said, and do not take this the wrong way, but infinite healing doesn't sound that broken, and the reason is that the most challenging thing to do (aside from Goidniu and Arena modes), is to achieve S rank for all the Bosses. Which means you don't want to get hit in the first place. Also, the combo requires the Bloodmage manuscript, so it's not that early into a run, and Refresh is not an offensive spell. In general, aside from very specific builds, offense is much more valuable than defense at higher levels, and skill cancels allow you to mitigate most of the damage taken.

Buuuuuut, it's a really really interesting find in Arena Mode, because it sounds like it won't cost a lot of ressources in that mode, and could give incredible survivability, so yeah, it does sound promising in that mode.

I've actually done this on Wyatt, before; it does "work" but the problem is... basically everything myhr said. Bloodmage manuscript requires, if I remember, the crewmember from the Engineer's Palace, which means that even if you get there ASAP, you still need to go through Derelicts-Mausoleum-Abandoned Gardens- Sewer or Skyway - Temple. at the absolute minimum (Vladyn can theoretically skip the Mausoleum)

Basically, by the time you can do it, you also have a ton of other powerful options available, so it's not broken.
