At the end of the match you can "thumbs up" or "thumbs down" players at the score screen.
Thumbs up gives them Virtue. It is a reward of sorts for being nice/kind/well behaved/etc.
After a certain amount of "thumbs ups" you get a new Virtue level, and as a reward you are given a free chest with some loot inside that does not require a key.
On the other hand, if a player is mean/rude/negative/etc. you can ''thumbs down" and give them Vice.
After enough ''thumbs downs" they get their Quickplay rewards and chat privileges taken away.
Once they cool off, the Vice will eventually diminish. They basically have to be mean on purpose to get the worst penalties.
If a player believes he/she has earned Vice and doesn't deserve it, he/she can email support@ironcladgames.com and make his/her case.
Virtue and Vice will be adjusted based on feedback as Early Access continues.
Hope this helps!
