The background music isn't overly special but I love it. It's intense and complements the gameplay perfectly, filling in the emptiness with the right tension I need. So far I am enjoying this game ridiculously more then I ever imagined I would, but that's not enough:

I want to hear that music playing in the background when I do other things...but when I alt-tab it mutes T_T

Context Addendum: I work for a consultation agency and sometimes the sheer stupidity of my clients is utterly abominable. Thus I like to imagine that as I'm revising their documents, the red lines of MS Word's Track Changes option are a stream of innards and gore I'm chainsawing out as I delete their superflous garbage. It's fun (try it when you're editing academic/school essays or something with the right music in the background).

Thanks for that MP3! The background music is really sweet, it has that classic 80s action/scifi synth sound.
