Does the Death & Glory counter increment?
Ive just had a game where i got an achievement but on finish the Death and Glory (Discover all 9 Outcomes) achievement counter still says 0/9.

Other achievement counters also incremented as they should.

Died from Radioactivity.

Well there hasn't been an update and the devs have said it is for the next update so assume no for now :)

It's working now, just got it.
So the main point of the game and the true ending was to die from venom. Even defeating Darkness on Hard was easier.

Yeah, that zombie venom ending is gonna be a pain in the ass...
