Lost all points after accepting an incomplete levelup

Alright, I'm watching a stream right now, and the dude appears to have accepted a level instead of cancelling, and that level seems to just be gone. He hit level 8, and we can't get back into the levelup screen, we didn't get to look at feats if we had 'em, and we had spent some, but not all our skillpoints (we wanted to make mutant dog leather armor, but we were checking the crafting reqs). That's uh, kinda really terrible, that kinda needs to get fixed.


Somewhat related: 25 tailoring requirement on molotov cocktails is also pretty obnoxious.

I'm pretty sure this is not possible. If you have a link to a video where this happened, I can take a look.

Found the bug with the level up cancelling. It happens when you abort the cancellation warning dialog using ESC and then press ESC again. Will fix for the next update. Cheers.
